Destination Folder Issue with Remote Backup ( PR4100/EX4100 - 5.05.111)

After upgrading to OS5 I realized that the Remote Backup app had to be re-installed and Remote Backup Jobs had to be re-created.
I have 7 different shares that I am backing up (synchronizing) on different schedules.
I started to recreate my backup jobs. Once configured, the remote backup starts, I then noticed that my free storage space was getting smaller.
I was running around 80% capacity on the remote server before the upgrade, and suddenly, I hit the 95% capacity as my backups were running.
I had to stop all running backups so that I didn’t run out of storage space.
In my troubleshooting steps, I ended up cleaning (deleting) my entire remote storage so that I can start clean and that is when I realized the following issue.
Below is my Remote Backup Job setup and result:

Job Name: PR4100-Documents
Source: ‘Documents’ - Share on my PR4100 to backup
Destination: ‘PR4100BKP-1’ - Share on my EX4100

Resulting in the following structure:
→ PR4100BKP-1
—> WUBP########_MyCloudPR4100
-----> PR4100-Documents
-------> Documents
---------> Documents

@pleguellec Are you still having this issue?
Have you contacted support and provided your system logs?
If yes, what’s your case number?

Yes, I am still having this issue. I have not provided system logs at this time.
Which system logs should I provide?:

  1. PR4100 - Source system where the remote backups jobs have been configured

  2. EX4100 - Target system - System configured as the Remote Backup Server

@pleguellec

Here’s how to collect the system logs.

Submitted. [Incident: 201119-000066]

I included the system logs for the EX4100 since this is the system configured as the Remote Backup Server and where the folder structure is
