Data volume failed to mount, 2016 system

In mycloud disk 2016 with firmware 2.21.1192.0 I’,m getting 0 Mb capacity because i get the error “The data volume 1 on the drive is not accessible. Contact WD Support. Code:4”

I tried to follow the suggestion in Data volume failed to mount
but this system doesn’t have the “parted” command to allow me to see if the partition are ok.

How can I check the disk status and partition with this new firmware and linux system,
How can I get data volume installed and accessible?

Have you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try that using the reset button on the back of the unit. (Press and hold the reset button for 4 seconds.)
