I have a PR4100 with FW version 2.31.193
A couple of weeks ago I was detecting some disk fails messages, but everything was normal. I mean all the disk status were ok, like now. But a week ago a got an error and this message:
The data volume 1 on the drive is not accessible. Contact WD Support.”
The situation is that all the drives of the device looks ok. I have rebooted and looks the same. What can I do?
