Volume Failure - Need Help

I got the following errors on my MyCloudEX2Ultra.

I just discovered this as I have been away for a little while.

Volume Failure
The data volume 2 on the drive is not accessible. Contact WD Support.

I am hesitant to upgrade to the new OS5 until these issues are resolved and I backup my files.
Right now, I can’t backup since I have a volume failure.
