Data volume failed to mount - help!

Hey,
I have a problem with My Cloud 2 TB. The unit suddenly stopped working, WD is not responsible for technical application (I have not received two emails confirming the technical application), so I ask for you help. The device works, but the red LED, and the system displays the message:

“Data volume failed to mount The volume data on the drive is not accessible. Please contact customer service. Code 004”.

I got to drive through SSH, for a moment was the access to the disk, but after a few minutes, hung up, and since then has access to equipment … Attempts to connect via SSH look like this:

WDMyCloud: ~ # e2fsck -b 4096000 / dev / sda4
e2fsck 1.42.5 (29-Jul-2012)
Superblock needs_recovery flag is clear, but journal has data.
Recovery flag not set in backup superblock, so running journal anyway.
/ dev / sda4: recovering journal
Error writing block 1 (Attempt to write block include filesystem resulted in short write). Ignore error ? yes
Error writing block 2 (Attempt to write block include filesystem resulted in short write). Ignore error ? yes

…and so on, without success …

Is there no hope for getting the data stored on the disk?

Regards,
Ralfi

Due to the delicate nature of this case I’d recommend contacting a specialized Data Recovery service for analysis. Additional information is available in the following link:
