Every time i try to access my nas’ dashboard it just keeps loading and loading after logging in.
I have used different browsers and did a soft reset to no avail.
Have you tried accessing the dashboard using the IP address?
Have you tried power cycling the drive?
Does it give you any error message at any point?
See if your router provided the IP address. As it due to some issue of router failed to provide DHCP IP can cause the NAS to be not reachable.
