No way - Can’t access dashboard please help

Could you provide more detail on your environment ? I mean, do you get access to your files anyway, but not on dashboard ? Did you change IP address (maybe restarting the EX2) or you have a static IP ?
Have you tried to reset the EX2 ? What is your setup ?
If your unit is working (power on, files reacheable via explorer, etc) and the problem is only the dashboard the main reason could be the IP address of EX2, If you have the default setup on NAS, every time you restart it the address could change (based on your local LAN). If so, the easiest way to find it is using the WD tool “WD Discovery Software”.
You can download it at WD EX2 support.
Once installed on PC, it will find the EX2 on your LAN, providing detailed infos, including EX2 IP address and it will map it on your PC (if you want).
Having the IP address you can copy and paste it on your browser, having then access to dashboard.
