Cannot Access Dashboard

Hi,
I noticed yesterday one of the disks was with the red light on. Logged on the dashboard and cofirmed disk status is set to “bad”.
Saw on the internet the best way was to reboot NAS and wait for automatic check disks.
The NAS rebooted but no access to it. Noticed IP address that was configured as static went dynamic (DHCP). Configured on the router to force that MAC address to the old IP.
Now i can use SAMBA (windows share) to access the content on the NAS, but i cannot use the dashboard or either the FTP service.
Tried rebooting several times without sucess. I can only access it from samba.
Do you know any other way to correct this?

Give a day or so to settle down. Seen many cases where it was just really busy doing stuff in the background to serve up the dashboard.
