Hi, recently I don’t know how or why but my WD My Cloud seems to be stuck content scanning ??? I never had this problem before and DID NOT add any large media content recently…Any Ideas ??? Thanks !

Try access http://wdmycloud:9000/ … If you can’t seems your Twonky is gone case, have you messed with ssh before? To fix you’ll need to reflash the firmware.

Hi, I reflashed the firmware and all was fine UNTIL I went into the Twonky Settings page and enabled the administrator password…Now it’s back to doing the same…
I just tested setting the password in Twonky, no problem with the dashboard. But I’m still with v04.00.01-623 though. May be the latest version *408 breaks the dashboard when Twonky password has been set? Let see what others with the latest firmware has to say or you could contact WD Support directly. But for sure it’s not stuck scanning, just that the dashboard can’t contact twonky’s rpc to get the status update.
Alright Thanks for your help ! I’ll just avoid fiddling with Twonky for the time being and flash again…
