Cloud Connection Status Failed

The Cloud Access - Connection Status is Failed. I can’t connect to the drive via mycloud.com. This was working yesterday morning but has been working intermittently since.

Please help. Thanks!!!

Based on http://status.mycloud.com/ it looks like there was some connectivity issues yesterday. Try restarting your router and your My Cloud and let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks! It looked like that was the cause on June 15. But after 2 days, I was still having connectivity issues. After trying different suggestions in various posts, what finally worked was using a Static IP Address and enabling Use Google Public DNS option. After rebooting the drive, I haven’t had any issues and the connection has been stable since.
