Cloud access disabled

Hello,

I have the WD Mycloud EX2 Ultra with the firmaware updated, but for about a year i am not able to get access via cloud.

The status of the access is disable and when i try to activate is not allowing nor to log in with my cloud user neither to create a new user.

Please, can somebody assist me?.
