Ex2 and Ex2100 no longer have mycloud access

I am sorry if the answer is already out there but I have been back and forth with WD tech support and been all over the boards and can’t quite find the solution.

I have an EX2 and a Mycloud at one location on Century Link DSL modem that a week and a half ago stopped working for mycloud. I can still access them on the network but not off.

I have an EX2100 on a century link modem at another office that stopped working at the same time.

At first I couldn’t connect so I went into the dash. Thinking something happened with the code I tried to generate another. It doesn’t work on any device. On some I get “Your last operation timed out. Make sure there are no network connectivity issues and try again. (200001)

On others I get connection failed and sometimes nothing at all.

When I look at the connectivity for cloud it says failed. I can send test emails but it says failed for cloud. So I did a system only restore. Now it says that it is connected but I am still unable to access or generate codes. Or even enter and have it retain my email address in the users setup.It comes up with “This email account cannot be deleted. Make sure your device is registered and your network connection is functioning properly, and then try again. (250010”

I am heavily invested in this for my little business and don’t know what to do. Or what happened. I had them all working awesome for a year.

You may have to perform a factory restore on both of your units. The accounts themselves could be corrupted.
