Can't log in anymore

Hi all,

I just changed the password for my My Cloud and now I can’t log in anymore. Only through the webinterface I can log in but when I want to log in via the Windows Explorer it won’t accept my password or username. It’s driving me crazy!

Do I have to type something before my username?

Does this happen when you try to access public shares with no particular login credentials?


Totally forgot to reply to your question :pensive:Been very busy lately and not used my NAS for a while.

I will have to try if I could access a public share. With my Windows 10 laptop its not a problem.

Accessing my own share on the NAS on my Windows 7 PC isn’t possible. Have to check if I could access the public share…
