Can't connect to My Cloud

I have a 2TB My Cloud that is about 2 years old. Worked fine until the other day. Backups are failing because can’;t communicate with it. I’ve tried the 4 sec reset and the 40 second reset and nothing works. The LEDs for the ethernet cable are fl;ashing green on top and solid orange on the bottom. The power LED on the front is blue.

Any suggestions
