Have used this in the past. Tried to connect and get the error message that it won’t connect. I hit the reset and got the blue light. When I attempt to connect, get the flashing light and then the error message. Any ideas on correcting this? Only thing different is a new router.

Connect what??? Are you trying to connect to a WD My Cloud, the Internet, Dashboard or what? The more information provided the better chance someone can help!
