Can't Access my Files from Web

Hi all,
Can someone please please help me.
All of a sudden I can’t access my files from My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital.

I am using a MAC Chrome and FireFox.

Sometimes I can’t even enter my username and password when I click sign in it just appear blank.

Can someone please help me out here?

I had a similar problem which was caused by an Ad Blocker extension (uBlock Origin) I’d installed on Chrome. Can I just check you’ve nothing like that on your Firefox ?

i use firefox, chrome and even Safari and still no luck
