I’m having the same issue. Their status page says things are fine. I’m new here. Is there any place we can report this/submit a ticket so that it goes to support?
If I may chime in as well, I as well had this issue all night tonight. The same issue occurred about a few weeks ago too. But like A.Cintoli mentioned reporting it seems to be best option.
Something I learned from the past is, the more people who have the same issue prompts the IT / Tech department to look into the matter. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as I am sure majority of us needed to access our data for different reasons.
Before I even seen this post here, I had as well filed a report earlier when it happen to me.
