The online access page to login to the cloud web access will not load on any computer nor on any browser type.
this page (My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital) just keeps spinning and will eventually give this error
We have a MyCloudEX2Ultra.
We can access the dashboard and settings through the ip address.
We can access through the app on iphone and android, but really need to access on the computer.
We have changed nothing with our system. Is WD Mycloud experiencing issues or is it just with us? If there are known issues, how long will it be down?
Is there a place where WD posts things like this when it goes down?
