Just tried to login to files.mycloud.com, first it gave me some kind of web api validation error.
Then I can not even open the login page at My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital
Can you guys open this URL? I think their website is down 
It was out for several hours today. Just not a very reliable system.
