I can login to Dashboard with my admin ID and password but when I go to Users the Admin user is grayed out and I have no access. When I go to configure I enter my existing password but it doesn’t accept it. Will the 4 sec reset solve the issue?
UPDATE - I tried both the 4 sec and 40 sec resets and neither solved the problem.
What, exactly are you tryin to do? What specific model NAS is it and what version OS?
I am trying to edit/manage my share folders using the Admin User Account. I can log into the dashboard using my Admin password but the Admin Account in the User screen is not functioning (see attached screenshot). I tried putting in the Admin password in the configure link but it says password is incorrect.
