Cannot access my EX2 Ultra after set a password to admin

Hello. Since I added a password to admin, I cannot access my EX2 Ultra with Chrome or Edge. I have access to the login page, but nothing happen when I enter the password.

I’m using Windows 10 Pro and I have the latest firmware.

I’m suppose to change a settings after adding a password to admin?

It is recommended to perform a 4 second reset. If the issue still persists, please perform the 40 second reset on the My Cloud EX2 device. You can refer the link given below and follow the instructions to perform 4 second or 40 second reset on the device.

Sounds like you may have some type of add blocker or software installed on the computer that may be blocking calls like BitDefender or something.
