WARNING: SECURITY FAIL My Cloud EX2

My Cloud has removed all user accounts overnight including the admin account.
I could not log in to my cloud anymore so went to the Admin page in the browser and it told me an account had to be set up for the first use! I created the Admin account that should have already bin there! When loggin in with this new admin account I saw that all other accounts where also missing. The shares are thill there, but I can’t login even after I recreated the removed accounts with the same login details.

Please HELP. I need WD support to tell me if I have bin hacked!
