Cannot connect with My Cloud FTP from my camera but I can view the files on My Cloud using wdMyCloud app

My FTP form my security camera to FTP in WD My Cloud has stopped working.

I can still access the file on My Cloud using the the WD My Cloud app.

Any ideas what has gone wrong?

If using FTP, make sure the FTP option on the WD My Cloud Dashboard is set to On. If one is trying FTP from a remote location then ensure the router is passing the correct FTP port to the My Cloud. Also one may have to use the User name and Password one configures via the My Cloud Dashboard as the login for FTP.

FTP and the My Cloud mobile apps use different methods of accessing the My Cloud device.

Thanks for your comment. It was working before and has stopped working now so port forwarding and opening port was working before.
