Newbie here. I am not able to access my dashboard, I read other posts and tried http://wdmycloud.local/, http://wdmycloud, both using the https:, and IP address. When I put that in, nothing pulls in. What am I doing wrong? Thx
Do you have a My Cloud or My Cloud Home unit? The My Cloud Home is a completely different device and does not have a My Cloud Dashboard.
I have the my cloud home unit. Thanks for clarifying, I though I was missing something,
See the My Cloud Home subforum as the My Cloud Home is completely different than the My Cloud line and has a different operating system and different options/features.
