Can't connect to my drive

My Cloud disc is connected on the same network as my Mac Book Pro. Ethernet. Mac Os Big Sur 11.0.1
The light is steady blue. I just run a reset. I can’t get the dashboard. Typed
No nothing at all


Are you sure that’s the IP address the My Cloud is currently using? You may need to check the local network router’s administration page to see if it lists what IP address it has handed out to the My Cloud. Also try using either http://wdmycloud or http://wdmycloud.local to access the My Cloud Dashboard after a 4 second or 40 second reset (via the reset button on the back of the My Cloud).

Also try using a different web browser, a different computer or mobile device to access the My Cloud as a troubleshooting step.
