Can’t access wd mycloud on win10 o win7

Hi mates, i’m new here, thanks for your time spent on read my thread.
I’m here because i can’t tame my device.
It’s a mycloud with a 2TB HD.
Windows 10 recognize it but when i try to see the content, i put the user and password but i can’t go any further.
Windows 7 recognizes it too but there is a circle spining all the time and doesn’t even ask for log and pass.

By the way, sorry for my english, i’m from spain.

i have an ex2 ultra connected at the same time, it can be the problem?

Each My Cloud that is active on the same local network needs a unique name. Otherwise there may be a conflict, if using just the name and not an IP address, when accessing the My Cloud or the My Cloud Dashboard.

i can’t access, i have followed the tips on these links (4 seconds and 40 secs) but i can’t do it.
The name of the ex2 ultra is “mycloudex2ultra” and the normal white mycloud is “wdmycloud”, and both are showing on the my net menu on win7 and win10, but only can access to the ex2ultra.
also, the blue led on the wdmycloud is blinking fast.

can i try another thing?

Also the disc is ok because i pass some test with hd tune, crystal disk, …
