Dashboard user name

Hi Im new to WD My Cloud Mirror. Have set it up and it is storing files as I create or amend them, so far so good. I am running Windows 10.

However I cannot access the dashboard as I dont think I set the WD up properly or have forgotten my user name. Is the only solution to reboot the WD device? thanks

Hi, when you open a web browser and type in http://wdmycloud.local, what do you see? If you changed the drive name you need to change wdmycloud or the drive name that you set. Do you know the ip address of the drive? Can you try with the IP address?
