Can not connect to My cloud via web browser (Safari)

Hello my friends,

i have problem with ma WD my Cloud. I bought my cloud last week. Everything works right. I have only one problem. I can not connect to My cloud via web browser (Safari - macOS - 10.12.2).

It is write to me - No devices available.
But it is not possible. Because with My Cloud I work from desktop and mobile applications without any problems.

What are you attempting to access with the web browser? The My Cloud Dashboard? or the MyCloud.com web portal? Typically for copying files to or from the My Cloud one can use Mac Finder (or on Windows, Windows File Explorer).
