My Cloud Web Access

I’m stumped, I can access my cloud via the app on my phone but if I try and use a web browser I just get the message that it can’t connect to WDMyCloud.

As far as I can see everything is set up correctly, or surely the app on my phone wouldn’t work, so any ideas why the web browser access to mycoud isn’t working?

Accessing the MyCloud from my main PC I can log in and it confirms that cloud access is on, is connected and has port forwarding enabled.

My apologises for not getting back, it started working and was fine up until recently and I’m back in the same situation. I can access via the android app, my pc and home network can see the drive, I just can’t access the cloud via a browser.
