Can not access to DL4100 after firmware upgrade - URGENT

After DL4100 firmware upgrade to 2.11.140 I can not access to web Dashboard. On display NAS is helthy and I can ping NAS? What is solutions? I need URGENT answer?

Have you tried http://Nas_IP instead of http://wdmyclouddl4100 ?

Yes. I can see IP on display and NAS is healthy but I can not access in admin and I can not access on shared folders.
Ping NAS with name and IP working fine.

Any answer? Any WDC support?

You have to call/contact WD for support. They are no help in these forums. This is just peer 2 peer folks trying to help each other

My WDMyCloudDL4100 use RAID10 and I can not access to NAS. How I can access to data? How I can save my data?
Before on other NAS with RAID1 I used Ext2Fsd software and worked fine.

a) If I use Reset a My Cloud PR4100 device My Cloud OS 3: Pin Reset & System Only Restore a PR4100, Is my RAID 10 and data safe/unaffected after reset?

b) I can not access to NAS. How I can save my data from WDMyCloudDL4100 with RAID10 (4x4TB)?

Has anyone relevant from WDC to answer? I need URGENT URGENT answer??!

Remove one of the drives, connect it to a pc and try using a linux live cd to access your data.
