Can not access the NAS outside of the Network since OS5 upgrade

I used to be able to access my EX4100 when I was travelling either thru the website or thru the app on my phone

but now I can only access the dashboard when I am at home and connected to the network at home

when I log into the mycloud.com it tells me the device is offline but I called my wife and she told me I have green lights on the EX4100 and the network is working as she was using it on her laptop

any suggestions on how I can get access back to it for when I am not at home

as I have a plex media server on it that I had wanted to access while I was away and I have lost access to both
