Backup and Retrieve tabs greyed out

Hi

I have a windows (10) PC and a wd Mycloud 2tb. Having powered off when I went on holiday and now powered back up on return, WD smartware has the back up and retrieve tabs greyed out. File explorer can see and access the files on the unit. I think that this has happened before and I dont know how I overcame the problem. If you need system info to help resolve, please also advise how I find that info

This has been resolved. I was unknowingly having router problems. Router replaced and now all working again
