Hi,
I don’t know how long this has occurred, but was certainly working a couple months ago.
However, on access from a desk top using windows, the Back Up tab is now ‘greyed’ out and I can not access it. The home screen also has all the data greyed out. Needless to say I can now longer access it from my phone or ipad.
Please can somebody advise as to what has changed and what I need to do
