Is anyone else using the Anti-Virus essentials? I installed it the other day and when I clock on the update button to get the new virus definitions, it just sits there at 0%. Anyone else?
Yep. I see the same issue. I see clam refresh process run for few minutes and then stop. The definitions are not shown as updated as a Nov date is shown for the definitions date.

I have managed to update them, but am stuck in 2020. Isn’t there any update to the database?
Nope … been broken for years and WD does not care. Keep all that in mind when you need to upgrade your NAS.
