WD Ex2 Ultra Problem With Anti-Virus Essentials 1.13

I have bought this and installed Anti-Virus Essentials (Monday, 09 November, 2017)
I try to Update Virus Database but always have error (Update failed. The online database is not available. Please try again later.)

The latest database is Last Update Tuesday, 26 August, 2014 17:54:00.

How i can solve this?
Anyone has this problem i have?

I have the exact same issue with the unit I have bought 4 days ago.

hi guys, have a new MyCloud EX2 Ultra 2-Bay NAS, Firmware 2.31.149. Can`t see or don’t have the Anti-Virus Essentials app. Pls could anybody help ?
