Hi guys

Does anyone know if this is the only Australian support number? (even though you are calling the US) ?

It just says that due to high call volumes all operators are busy and to call back later. Then proceeds to hang up on me.

I have emailed with a very minimal response and no response back to a second question, I have read the online documents and asked questions here wiht no response. I just need to get the external hard drive up and running.
