UK Support Phone Numbers Not Working?

I’ve been trying all morning now to get through (from the UK) on the 00800-27549338 number (primarily to find out when the pending transaction on my card for the drive I’ve already returned and has been received by WD) is going to be cancelled.

All I get is the UK Congestion/Path Busy tone. Same with any of WDs 00800 numbers. I don’t get it with any other numbers…
