App: Anti-Virus Essentials does not work/update

Hello,

I can install the app but I cannot update the up to date virus database. I cant even search for viruses - it gets stuck at 0%.
Any ideas?

Sounds like this could be DNS or network route related and you’re not getting to https://database.clamav.net/daily.cvd

What do these commands return using Windows Command Prompt

nslookup database.clamav.net
tracert database.clamav.net
