All Blue LEDs Flashing?

My Passport Wireless Pro

Came out of the box fine with a positive setup.
Wifi working. I shut the unit down and after that the I couldn’t
access the drive, password not correct. After this, I ended up reformating drive to
MAC OS Extended (journaled).

  1. OS X Disk Utility failed, the drive would not unmount. The WD Access apps were not seeing the drive and wireless SID was not broadcast.

  2. I uninstalled the WD Utility application and uninstalled the MAC Access App.
I ran Disk First Aid and the drive passed.

  3. At the moment the drive functions as a directly connected USB drive.

  4. When the drive is turned on as a standalone DAS/NAS the database icon LED turns on, the wifi icon LED blinks steadily. After about a minute all the LEDs on the drive begin blinking, (flashing). The drive does not progress further than that.

  5. I just located and downloaded DW Quick Downloader.

  6. I have not been able to locate any information on the proper DAS and NAS apps to install onto the unit. I have attempted multiple resets. I cannot reset from the Dashboard because I cannot load the dashboard.

I would love some help, all I have at this moment is an expensive paper weight.
