Access from mycloud.com

I can access mycloud storage from any of my registered devices but when I try to access it from mycloud.com, it says that it is offline and I do not see anywhere to reset or reconfigure it to recognise.

Does the Dashboard show that you have an internet connection, Settings>Network? In Settings>General>Cloud Access is Remote Access ON and showing Connected?

Yes, I can access it from my mobile with the wireless setting off so it forces it to be remote just to make sure it is being accessed remotely instead of my local network. I just tried using Firefox instead of chrome and it works and then when I tried it again with chrome it worked also. Go figure? was just in the process of trying it with my laptop. Will have to see. I was just having trouble getting onto it from my mobile yesterday but it may have been because of a bad signal. I have no idea why it would have quit working and now is working again. I need to access it while I am out of the country and kind of scary when something like this happens.

I did change all my passwords for everything to the same password so maybe that might have something to do with it? I was not having a problem before however with different passwords. Maybe something to do with the new update?
