Access a shared file from Androids

I shared files with all my kids from my new My Cloud. Those with iPhones had no trouble accessing the files. But my husband and son with Androids cannot! When they click on the email invite share, they click on ‘create Password’ but it only takes them to a page with a thin blue bar at top (using Firefox browser). What to do?? I only have apple products so not sure how to help them access the files.

Did they try to access file using another web browser from their android?
