Where are all my files? Can only see "shared with me"

When I log onto My Cloud, I can only see shared with me, shared links (see attached screen dump:

Its been like this since I shared some files. Can anyone tell me how to change this so that I can see all my files when I log on. Many thanks, Mark

@saxton What device and operating system are you using? Have you tried a different browser? What, if any, other troubleshooting methods have you tried?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I get the same issue in Chrome and IE. I’ve reset my password but that didn’t work. It works fine on my mobile app. Takes me straight to my files. Could I have shared a set of files with myself and now can only see them? Maybe a cache problem? Sorry but I’m not a tech savvy :slight_smile:
