Issue with email shared photo link to android users

People with Mac’s, iPhones, etc have no issue photo folder opens in browser to show photos.

However, Chrome Android users get directed to this link and are asked to log in. They want to see the photos not log in. What is going on here?

Are you saying they are using the Chrome browser on an android device and can’t view the photos? If yes, have they tried a different browser?

In another topic I showed how to share photos using files.mycloud.com, below are a couple of images showing other ways to share photos. Click on, tap or activate images to enlarge them.

This is by using Network>My Cloud>Public Folder

This is using the Desktop App.

This is the My Cloud Public folder, and that is the sharing link supplied by that folder. Android users trying to access photo’s using that Public LInk get directed to a log on page. That is not the way it is suppose to work.
