Over the past 6 or 8 months my EX4 has lost connectivity a number of times. Each time a 40 second reset has fixed it. The 40 second reset no longer works. I’ve tried a number of times the same way I always have, it just doesn’t take. And the connectivity issue also freezes the interface, the power button and up + down arrows don’t work. Is there any way to fix this? I’d like to prolong buying another unit until I’ve had time to do research. Thoughts? Thanks.
