I have a My Cloud EX4 with firmware version 1.05.30
- The original software / apps for this unit was on a Lap Top that is no longer in service
- I thought I would start the setup procedure over again , so then I find …
- The 40-second reset does not work (tried twice)
- My Cloud setup web page has been looking for the device for over 10 minutes now with no joy
Is there any direct-connect software that might allow me to at least upgrade the firmware ?
