2nd My Cloud device not visible on My Cloud Dashboard

I recently had need to re-install Windows 10 on a laptop and therefore the most recent version My Cloud software. Since then I’ve been having problems.

I have a “MyCloud” and a “MyCloud Home” connected to the same home network. Setup instructions (My Cloud) only appear to be relevant to the “MyCloud Home” drive. I don’t see any setup instructions specific to the “MyCloud” (unless there is different setup software which I have not found).

I now have the “MyCloud Home” working as expected and can see and use the Shares in File Explorer. However, I am unable to setup (or even see) the “MyCloud”.

On the “Home” tab of the Dashboard, it tells me I have 2 Devices (correct). However, the disk usage and free space figures appear to relate to the “MyCloud Home” only. I see nowhere of getting visibility of the “MyCloud” or setting up a Share on that device. On the “Settings” tab, the Device Profile shows details for the “MyCloud” (including serial number), but i cannot see anything for the “MyCloud Home”. If i run WD Discovery, I can see the “MyCloud Home” but cannot see the “MyCloud”.

Can anyone advise what is wrong (or what I am doing wrong) ?

Thanks, Keith

WD My Cloud software for Windows? You need to use a web browser. Instead of typing in a web address type in the Relevant MCs ip address (each MC should have its own ip address. Make sure they do).
