1 of 3 Dell Laptops Not Seeing MyCloud Home Drive

My Dell 2014 (Win 10 Home) and 2017 (Win 8 Home) laptops see MyCloud (MC) under NETWORKS but my 2020 system (Win 10 Home) has stopped seeing it there. I can only see it as a mapped drive Z. The problem with that is I’m only seeing a portion of the files on the MyCloud that I would otherwise see under the NETWORK PUBLIC icon/folder. I’ve restarted the computer and the MC to no effect.

Ideas? Solution?

@gomi1957 Which do you own, a My Cloud Home or a WD My Cloud?

If a WD My Cloud try this.

There is a sub-forum in the WD Community for the WD My Cloud.
