My Cloud not showing in Windows Explorer

Hi all, apologies if this has already been asked but my WD My Cloud has stopped showing as a folder in File Explorer on Windows 10. It stopped appearing on an old laptop and isnt showing on a new one I have just bought. Its showing as below but not as a folder. When i click on the link it takes me to the device homepage on my web browser. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get My Cloud to show in Windows 10 File Explorer Network

Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect.
