“My Cloud device not found” is the message I get when I try to access the dashboard of my My Cloud drive (4TB). But this doesn’t make any sense - my Windows (10) picks it up, I can access the drive just fine wirelessly using My Cloud app on my Samsung tablet, and the drive is picked up by the WD Discovery app (Windows). But when I try to set up or log into My Cloud (https://www.mycloud.com/), I’m told the device cannot be found. Any ideas anyone???
