My brand new WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra arrived today, but a weird thing happened.
OS: Win10 home 64-bit

I’m quite sure the light is stable blue

but nothing happened after I click the “get started” button on the page “mycloud.com/setup”

I can find the WD device in my File Explorer

But when I double-click the device icon, a Chrome window popped up and went to the dashboard login page

I can see device status and change settings via the dashboard

but I cannot transfer any file to the NAS

I tried to re-install the setup software

but the software told me that no device found

I tried everything… 40 seconds reset, use another router, use another computer (win7 OS), direct connect the NAS to my computer…

But nothing change. yes, I can access the dashboard but cannot access the NAS.
Please please help if anyone have the same experience. Thanks very much! >_<
